The present invention provides a dynamic content collaboration system on a cloud which enables content of individual users to be effectively used between the users, and a method thereof. The dynamic content collaboration system on a cloud stores content of a user terminal in a cloud server (100) by grouping according to a list, stores the content according to an account of each user by de-clustering, and re-clusters and stores the content selected by the user in the account of the corresponding user by re-clustering.
