A system for attaching a fabric to a trim while forming a pattern on the fabric according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps: preparing a trim having a trim groove on one surface thereof; cutting the fabric having a foam on one side of a skin material; applying a bonding member to the outer surface of the foam; heating the fabric having the bonding member formed thereon; disposing the heated fabric on one side of the trim on which the trim groove is formed; and inserting an edge portion of the fabric into the trim groove using an insert blade while pressing the skin material of the fabric to form a pattern, thereby fixing the fabric to the trim.
