The present invention relates to a porous silicon composite cluster structure comprising a porous silicon composite cluster and a carbon-based coating film. The porous silicon composite cluster includes a porous silicon composite secondary particle and a second carbon flake on at least one surface of the porous silicon composite secondary particle. The carbon-based coating film includes amorphous carbon provided on an upper part of the porous silicon composite cluster. The porous silicon composite secondary particle includes an aggregating agent of two or more silicon composite primary particles. A silicon composite primary particle comprises silicon, a silicon oxide (SiOx, O x 2) provided on at least one surface of the silicon and a first carbon flake provided on at least one surface of the silicon oxide. The silicon oxide is present in forms of a film, a matrix, or a combination thereof. Each of the first carbon flake and the second carbon flake is present in forms of a film, a particle, the matrix, or a combination thereof. Provided is a carbon composite using the porous silicon composite cluster structure. Provided is a method for manufacturing the porous silicon composite cluster structure and the carbon composite. Provided is an electrode having the porous silicon composite cluster structure or the carbon composite. Provided is a lithium battery having the electrode. Provided is a device having the porous silicon composite cluster structure or the carbon composite. The present invention can improve charging/discharging durability.
