D4 Novel Pleurotus eryngii var. ferulae Strains D4 and fruit body of the same

The present invention relates to Pleurotus eryngii, and more specifically, to a novel Pleurotus eryngii strain D4 obtained by cross-breeding the Pleurotus eryngii strain P48-24s (Accession No: KCCM11288P) and to a fruiting body obtained from the novel strain. The present invention is able to attract the desire of consumers with the shape of the Pleurotus eryngii, the excellent taste of the Pleurotus eryngii, and the color of the Pleurotus eryngii close to a white color, thereby being excellent in the merchantability and contributing to the improvement of the farm income and export competitiveness.
