An objective of the present invention is to construct a customer management integration package for solving accumulated customer complaints. The present invention relates to a technical idea for providing a solution of an enterprise-based soft as a service (SaaS). According to one embodiment of the present invention, a processor for providing a solution of an enterprise-based SaaS comprises: a layout generating unit selecting at least one function module based on at least one of a business type, a scale, a nationality, and a rank for a client, arranging the selected function module according to a request of the client and generating a screen layout corresponding to the client; and a layout providing unit providing the generated screen layout to the client.
