The present invention relates to an automatic wastewater discharge monitoring system using a solar cell module combined with Zigbee communication, automatically measuring and monitoring a water usage, a wastewater discharge amount, a chemical usage, and a power usage in real-time through Zigbee communication without a burden to fix and dispatch a separate personnel in a small scale business site, such as a wastewater processing plant, and the like, so as to reduce personnel costs and duty time. In particular, through a notification unit to inform a manager of a small scale business site, such as a wastewater processing plant, and the like, of whether a measurement unit to measure the water usage, the wastewater discharge amount, the chemical usage, and the power usage is failed, the failed measurement unit is able to be quickly replaced and repaired. Moreover, provided are effects of lowering an environmental violation rate of a nationwide business site discharge facility, allowing a joined researcher to acquire technologies, training a graduate student, and a researcher who accumulates technologies related to a business of a wastewater discharge and prevention facility field, and accumulating the technologies related to the business of the wastewater discharge and prevention facility field, and training and technical human power and creating employment of an information and communication technology (ICT) related industry, which is the basis of new/regeneration energy and creative economy.
