According to an appropriate embodiment of the present invention, the dynamic real-object image projection and multi-variation surface apparatus using kinetic art effects includes a screen fixing plate having fixing plate holes which are formed on a predetermined area to penetrate the screen fixing plate in the thickness direction and are arranged at set arrangement intervals in transverse and longitudinal directions; an actuator support plate which has support plate holes in the same number as the fixing plate holes and is installed to be parallel to the screen fixing plate while being separated by a predetermined distance from the screen fixing plate; an actuator fixing plate which is installed to be parallel to the actuator support plate while being separated by a predetermined distance from the actuator support plate; multiple actuators which are inserted in and pass through the fixing holes and the support holes and are arranged and fixed onto the actuator fixing plate in a horizontal direction to move individually in inward and outward directions from the screen fixing plate in accordance with control directions; and an image screen which is fixed to the screen fixing plate and is made of a flexible film material for displaying images projected by the combination of the protruding actuators in a three-dimensional contouring manner.
