The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of self-healing crosslinkable polyurethane and a golf ball cover composition including the same. On the basis of 100 parts by weight of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), the self-healing crosslinkable polyurethane and a golf ball cover composition comprises self-healing crosslinkable polyurethane prepared by mixing and exchanging 1-20 parts by weight of a block polyurethane prepolymer and 0-10 parts by weight of polyamide. In the golf ball cover composition of the present invention, the crosslinking of polyurethane is cut off at a high temperature equal to or higher than 180°C, and thus flowing properties of urethane is secured to enable injection molding. As injection mold is possible, a conventional problem of producing a urethane cover by casting can be overcome. In addition, the self-healing crosslinkable polyurethane manufactured using the golf ball cover composition of the present invention can secure the mechanical properties of a polyurethane elastomer by being cross-linked again when being cooled after injection, thereby having excellent repulsive elasticity and excellent reverse rotation performance.
