The present invention relates to a hydrogel patch-type composition for ameliorating atopic dermatitis containing and releasing a lacquer tree extract as an active ingredient. By containing the lacquer tree extract as the active ingredient, it is possible to favorably deliver the same to affected area consistently. By means of hydrogel made of pullulan capable of preventing skin dryness, the composition can be used for ameliorating atopic dermatitis for a long time.
