A PROCESSING METHOD FOR REMOVING THE POISONOUS SUBSTANCES CAUSING DERMATITIS FROM RHUS VERNICIFLUA AND FOOD ADDITIVES OF RHUS VERNICIFLUA PREPARED THEREFROM
The present invention relates to a method for removing a dermatitis-causing poisonous lacquer tree substance and a lacquer tree food additive manufactured by the same. According to a lacquer tree-containing extract manufacturing method of the present invention including: (S1) a step in which a lacquer tree is primarily dried for four to six months in a cool shade; (S2) a step in which the primarily-dried lacquer tree is pulverized and then secondary drying is performed for five to 10 days with sunlight; (S3) a step in which the secondarily-dried lacquer tree is subjected to tertiary drying at a temperature of 60 to 80 degrees Celsius and for 40 to 60 hours by a herb dryer being used; (S4) a step in which a dried native mulberry is obtained through drying of a native mulberry for three to seven days in a cool shade and drying at a temperature of 60 to 80 degrees Celsius and for 40 to 60 hours using a herb dryer; and (S5) a step in which 15 to 25 parts by weight of the lacquer tree dried in step (S3) and 0.1 to 0.5 parts by weight of the native mulberry dried in step (S4) are added to 100 parts by weight of water and extraction is performed at a temperature of 100 to 120 degrees Celsius, under a pressure of 1.0 to 1.5, and for 40 to 60 hours by a pressure extractor being used, the content of urushiol, which is a dermatitis-causing material contained in the lacquer tree, can be minimized and effective ingredients of the lacquer tree can be intact. Accordingly, during production of lacquer tree-using food, dermatitis attributable to a poisonous substance can be prevented and the present invention can be effectively used as a lacquer tree food additive without causing discomfort and allergic reactions.
