The present invention relates to a domestic wheat low calorie sesame cookie using black sesame and sesame oil meal and a manufacturing method for the same. The main ingredients of a cookie composition include: 75-85 parts by weight of domestic wheat; 5-10 parts by weight of black sesame powder; 7-12 parts by weight of the sesame oil meal; 0.5-1.2 parts by weight of baking soda; 2-4 parts by weight of β-cyclodextrin; and residues composed of purified water. Also, a subsidiary ingredient composition is composed of: 14-20 parts by weight of sugar; 7-15 parts by weight of trehalose; 0.4-0.7 parts by weight of sa 20-25 parts by weight of butter; 20-25 parts by weight of shortening; 20-25 parts by weight of eggs; 3-6 parts by weight of crunch; and residues composed of purified water. The manufacturing method for the same includes: a step of sieving the main ingredient composition by measuring and mixing the main ingredient composition; a step of adding the sugar, salt, and trehalose after creaming the butter and shortening of the subsidiary ingredient composition and collecting air after adding the eggs three to four times while mixing the salt, sugar, and trehalose; a step of adding the crunch to the domestic wheat, the black sesame powder, the sesame oil meal, and baking soda of the main ingredient composition and forming dough by mixing the same; a step of backing the dough after dividing and forming the dough; and a step of drying a cookie by spraying the β-cyclodextrin solution and packing the cookie.
