The present invention relates to a wrist rehabilitation treatment protocol and rehabilitation equipment for the same, and more specifically, to a wrist rehabilitation treatment protocol for performing an effective rehabilitation treatment through a pulling operation of pulling a palm from a wrist of a user together with a gliding operation of bending the wrist of the user; and rehabilitation equipment for the same. The wrist rehabilitation treatment protocol comprises: a pulling step of performing a pulling operation which advances a pulling cylinder to pull a palm fixed to a palm cradle part from the wrist; a relaxing step of comprising a pulling return step which moves backward the pulling cylinder; a gliding step of performing a gliding operation of pivoting the palm cradle part, on which the palm of the user is rested, through rotation of a driving part to bend the wrist; a first rehabilitation step of comprising a gliding return step of operating the driving part in an opposite direction to unbend the wrist of the user; and a second rehabilitation step of simultaneously performing the pulling step and the gliding step and then simultaneously performing the pulling return step and the gliding return step.
