According to an embodiment of the present invention, a two-way communication system with a pet owner based on an analysis of a pet action pattern is disclosed. The two-way communication system includes: collection devices for collecting basic data for constituting model data for communication; a storage part for storing the basic data collected by the collection devices; and a healthcare service system configured to configure the model data for communication from the basic data stored in the storage part. The health care service system compares and analyzes the model data for communication with communication source data to derive communication from the communication source data, and determines response communication corresponding to the derived communication.
