The forming method of a micropile for earthquake resistance and ground reinforcement comprises: a step of drilling the ground by a bit; a step of embedding a steel bar on a center of a bore through a center hole in the bit in the drilled ground; and a step of lifting the bit while spraying air supplied from an air supply pipe installed on the bit through an air spray hole and spraying mortar supplied through a mortar supply pipe installed on the bit through a mortar spray nozzle in a state where the steel bar is embedded on the center of the bore to form a grout bulb.
