The present invention relates to a forming method of a micropile for earthquake resistance and ground reinforcement and a micropile for earthquake resistance and ground reinforcement constructed by the same and, more specifically, to a forming method of a micropile for earthquake resistance and ground reinforcement and a micropile for earthquake resistance and ground reinforcement constructed by the same which allow ground reinforcing work regardless of all ground regardless of strength and weakness of bearing power of the ground, facilitate forming work of a micropile for ground reinforcement to increase a work progress speed to shorten a construction period, and easily insert a steel bar vertically to a center of a bottom surface of a bore to fix the steel bar to guarantee design strength to property provide strength and easily absorb an S wave of an earthquake by the vertically buried steel bar even when being shaken by the S wave of the earthquake to minimize destruction of the micropile to be used as an earthquake resistant structure. The forming method of a micropile for earthquake resistance and ground reinforcement comprises: a step of drilling the ground by a bit; a step of embedding a steel bar on a center of a bore through a center hole in the bit in the drilled ground; and a step of lifting the bit while spraying air supplied from an air supply pipe installed on the bit through an air spray hole and spraying mortar supplied through a mortar supply pipe installed on the bit through a mortar spray nozzle in a state where the steel bar is embedded on the center of the bore to form a grout bulb.
