The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method which detect the intensity of an electric field formed in a space, then input the intensity of the electric field into a color changing element, and obtain a transparency change of the color changing element proportional to the intensity of the electric field so that the amount of exposure can be easily measured by using a mobile communication terminal equipped with a camera and carried by a user. The apparatus comprises an electromagnetic wave collection unit, an analog signal generation unit, a transparency change unit, and an electromagnetic exposure measurement unit. Since the intensity of an electric field is measured without using a digital signal processing unit constituting a conventional exposure measurement apparatus, a receiving antenna, an analog signal processing unit, and a color changing element constituting an exposure measurement apparatus are integrated on a case mountable on a mobile communication terminal such as a smartphone carried by a user. Therefore, the intensity of the electric field can be measured without carrying a separate measurement apparatus and the portability of the exposure measurement apparatus can be improved.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
