The present invention relates to a light emitting diode (LED) module having a waterproof connector, capable of easily adjusting a length of a cable and preventing the cable from being broken, and an LED luminaire including the LED module. The LED module includes: an LED substrate; a cover-integrated optical lens member provided on the LED substrate while corresponding to an LED; an aluminum heat sink provided at a lower portion of the LED substrate to radiate heat generated from the LED, and having a plurality of heat dissipation fins; a connector holding member provided on the aluminum heat sink to support a plurality of cables and connectors for supplying power to the LED substrate; and a waterproof silicone pad provided between the aluminum heat sink and the cover-integrated optical lens member, so that the cable is prevented from being broken when the cable is withdrawn through the connector holding member.
