The present invention relates to a mold to manufacture a girder used for constructing a bridge and, more specifically, to a mold for a full span launching method (FSLM) girder with an integrated inner mold base, used for making a box-shaped girder used for an FSLM, which is a kind of a bridge construction method. According to the present invention, the mold for the FSPM girder comprises: a bottom mold installed on a bottom part to form the lower surface of the girder; an outer mold coupled to both sides of the bottom mold to form the outer wall of the girder and a cantilever part protruding from the outer wall; an inner mold installed in a space, which is formed when the bottom mold is coupled to the outer mold, in order to form the inner space of the girder; and an end part mold coupled to both side end parts of the outer mold in order to form both end part surfaces of the girder. Moreover, the inner mold includes an inner mold base disposed on the lower part of the inner mold box to support the inner mold box. As such, when the mold for the FSLM girder including an integrated inner mold base structure is removed, the inner mold base is able to be easily removed to enhance constructability and prevent damage to the inner mold base, thereby providing a cost reduction effect in accordance with reuse of the inner mold base.
