The present invention relates to a denitrification catalyst for vessels using a porous ceramic three-dimensional network structure, and a production method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a denitrification catalyst for vessels, ensuring high dispersibility and high efficiency by depositing or supporting a minimum amount of active metal in a form of nano-thin layers on an inner or outer surface of a porous ceramic three-dimensional network structure. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof.
