The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating tuberculosis, comprising a recombinant protein derived from Toxoplasma gondii dense granule antigen 7 (GRA7) as an active ingredient. When a recombinant GRA7 protein derived from Toxoplasma gondii of the present invention is used as an antigen, antibacterial reaction for infection by Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) can be remarkably improved. Thus, the present invention can be useful for preventing or treating tuberculosis.
