The present invention relates to a modularized pumped-storage hydroelectric power plant system which is installed in the sea for pumping-up power generation, and comprises a plurality of modularized pumped-storage hydroelectric power plant units (1000) towed in the sea to be fixated to the sea-bed. The modularized pumped-storage hydroelectric power plant units (1000) has a polygonal plane having the same size for anyone side to be in contact with each other to freely increase and decrease electricity generation scale. Moreover, when the modularized pumped-storage hydroelectric power plant units (1000) are installed in a line, the system is a breakwater type to provide a breakwater function. When the units are installed to gather together, the system is an artificial island type to provide an artificial island function.
