According to the present invention, provided are an anode structure for a plasma torch which includes: an electrode body (110) in which an internal passage (111) extended along a central axis (A) is formed; and a plurality of permanent magnets (120) coupled to the electrode body, wherein the plurality of permanent magnets are spaced apart from each other on an outer circumferential surface of the electrode body, and the plasma torch with the same. Accordingly, the present invention can improve a lifetime by minimizing damage due to arcing.
