The present invention relates to a method for removing the odor of butchery by-products such as various animal hairs including pig bristles, cow hair, and chicken feathers; animal claws and hooves, an untreated inedible part, and internal organs using photocatalysis of titanium dioxide and manufacturing an organic fertilizer by decomposing the butchery by-products based on an oxidation function of the photocatalysis of the titanium dioxide. The method for removing the odor of the butchery by-products and manufacturing the organic fertilizer using the titanium dioxide applies the photocatalytic titanium dioxide powder to remove the smell of the butchery by-products and expediting the photocatalysis of the titanium dioxide by an ultraviolet device. The method for removing the odor of the butchery by-products and manufacturing organic fertilizer using the titanium dioxide powder can remove the odor by an OH radical generated in the photocatalysis. Also, the method for removing the odor of the butchery by-products and manufacturing the organic fertilizer using the titanium dioxide manufactures the organic fertilizer by compositing the titanium dioxide and butchery by-products and decomposes a mixture by mixing the manufactured organic fertilizer, a fertilizer decomposing agent, and matter to be composted. So, the method for removing the odor of the butchery by-products and manufacturing the organic fertilizer using titanium dioxide facilitates composting and manufactures compost generating less odor.
