The present invention relates to a part search and inspection apparatus and a method for supporting maintenance using 3D printing, and a 3D printing-based part maintenance system. The part search and inspection apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a point-group data input unit for receiving point-group data obtained by three-dimensionally scanning a part; a three-dimensional model data search unit for searching a three-dimensional model corresponding to the part in part database based on the point-group data; a shape error calculator for calculating a shape error between the point-group data and the 3D model; and an output unit for outputting information on the shape error.
