Generalized Methods of Splitting Desktop Screen into Non-Overlapping Equal-Sized Blocks in an Efficient way with the Facility of Automation

An objective of the present invention is to provide algorithm for dynamic screen partition. Screen partitioning is utilized in various applications such as compression of an image or a video, high efficiency video coding (HEVC), block classification of a video or an image, and transmission of remote desktop. A presented method is applicable for partitioning an image or a desktop screen into blocks of the same size which do not overlap.
