The present invention relates to a USB 3.1 memory device connecting a USB 3.1 controller with a system-on-chipped RAID function to an SSD controller system-on-chipped memory in parallel. The portable USB 3.1 memory device according to the present invention includes a USB 3.1 input and output interface which is connected to an external device to transmit and receive data, a memory chip in which the SSD controller and a NAND flash memory are system-on-chipped, and the USB 3.1 controller which is connected to at least one or more memory chips in parallel and has the system-on-chipped RAID function. Accordingly, the present invention can improve integration and data processing speed at the same time.
