A deception device (20) is provided with a mist blaster (21) on an upper surface thereof and a plurality of spots (22) arranged on a separated circumferential outer surface of the mist blaster (21). The deception device (20) is provided on the upper inner surface of the projectile (10) and the propulsion lock valve (12) is connected to a propulsion supply gas cylinder (101) provided at one side of the rear side of the launching platform (100) having the rope holder (110) on one outer side thereof. According to the present invention, various types of missile deception systems are used and it is small in size and is highly portable and the floating success rate of a deception body can be improved.
