Disclosed are a distribution system and a distribution transporting method using a vehicle-type indoor autonomous driving robot for a developmental disorder, and a vehicle-type indoor autonomous driving robot. The vehicle-type indoor autonomous driving robot positioned in a facility comprises a boarding mechanism unit, a storage mechanism unit, an interface mechanism unit, and a control unit. The boarding mechanism unit provides a boarding space of a passenger. The storage mechanism unit stores a product. The interface mechanism unit communicates with the passenger. The control unit controls movement of the vehicle-type indoor autonomous driving robot for transporting a product through the storage mechanism unit in the facility by controlling autonomous driving of the vehicle-type indoor autonomous driving robot by using a plurality of sensors and communicates information related to transportation of the product with the passenger boarded in the boarding mechanism unit through the interface mechanism unit.
