The present invention relates to an Orostachydis Herba beverage having antioxidative functions, a granule, and a method for producing processed Orostachydis Herba. To this end, common beverages, ampule beverage, and the granule can be produced by using Orostachydis Herba with excellent active oxygen scavenging ability, and a process for producing functional food materials with improved antioxidative functions. In addition, by enabling production of functional food products, it is possible to provide healthy foods.
