Disclosed are a reversible fuel cell oxygen electrode, a reversible fuel cell including the same, and a manufacturing method for the same. The reversible fuel cell oxygen electrode is formed of a porous carbon material electroplated with IrO_2. Platinum is applied to the porous carbon material electroplated with IrO_2 and, therefore, a porous platinum layer is formed in the reversible fuel cell oxygen electrode. According to the present invention, the reversible fuel cell oxygen electrode can reduce the loading amount of platinum and IrO_2 used for the reversible fuel cell oxygen. So, the reversible fuel cell oxygen electrode can reduce the usage amount of precious metals and can obtain excellent reversible fuel cell performance (excellent fuel cell performance and water electrolysis performance) by improving matter transmission of the water and oxygen. Also, the reversible fuel cell oxygen electrode can reduce carbon erosion and can obtain excellent catalytic action. Also, the manufacturing method for the same is simple in comparison with existing manufacturing methods. So, manufacturing costs can be largely reduced.
