Composition comprising the extract of ginseng for preventing the toxicity of Endocrine Disruptors

Endocrine disruptors have adverse effects on reproductive organs, immune functions and a nervous system, and are also carcinogenic. Bisphenol A is an endocrine disruptor which is known as a chemical with estrogenic activity and is widely used in the production of plastic and epoxy resins. In the present study, harmful effects of the bisphenol A in the present study were confirmed by using neural stem cells derived from mice and fetal cells of a pregnant mother as animal models to protect the neural stem cells with ginseng.
