The present invention relates to a method for storing a product which is broadcasted directly in a shopping cart by pressing a one-touch button while watching TV shopping broadcasting. An integrated shopping cart service of the present invention, in which a broadcasting product is stored in a self shopping cart in real time according to a user′s request, is advantageous in that the service can be integrated and applied to TV shopping broadcasting provided from different channels. For example, the method comprises the steps of: (a) while shopping broadcasting of a TV shopping channel is provided through a TV connected to a set-top box (100), (b) when a one-touch event is generated in a shopping cart device (300), (c) transmitting the one-touch event of the shopping cart device (300) to the set-top box (100) through a short-range wireless communications network together with an identifier of the shopping cart device; (d) allowing the set-top box (100) to transmit a shopping cart storage request to a service server (200) by specifying at least a corresponding TV shopping channel and a corresponding time; and (e) allowing the service server (200) to match a shopping cart storage request and broadcasting item information previously registered in a database to store shopping cart information and a unique identifier assigned to each user in an integrating shopping cart (250) in real time.
