Disclosed are a leak detecting sensor for an organic solvent using reduced graphene oxide and a method of manufacturing the same. The method of manufacturing the leak detecting sensor for an organic solvent according to the present invention includes the steps of: forming an oxidized graphene film by applying and drying a solution containing graphene oxide on a flexible substrate; and irradiating the graphene oxide film with a white light pulse to reduce the graphene oxide so that a surface of the reduced oxidized graphene is three-dimensionally structured. Accordingly, provided is the leak detecting sensor for an organic solvent, which is formed on the flexible substrate, includes a sensing element containing reduced oxidized graphene, and has a three-dimensionally structured surface of the reduced oxidized graphene.
