The present invention relates to a massage chair capable of correcting a turtle neck, wherein a plurality of correction balls perform both rotational motion and vertical motion at the same time by means of a cam instrument to rub or perform acupressure on a neck portion of a subject, thereby increasing an effect of traction of the neck portion to effectively correct herniated cervical disc or a turtle neck syndrome. The massage chair of the present invention comprises: a main body; a driving cam installed on the main body to be able to rotate, and having a driving cam surface with a curved uneven shape formed on the upper surface thereof; a driven cam installed in the upper part of the driving cam to be able to move vertically, and having a driven cam surface in an even shape connected with the driving cam surface in the lower surface thereof to move vertically depending on rotation of the driving cam; a rotational shaft fixed to the driving cam to rotate along with the driving cam, and installed to project from the external side of the upper end portion of the main body; a sample member connected to the driven cam and the rotational shaft at the external side of the upper end portion of the main body to make vertically linear movement and rotational movement around the rotational shaft to give massage to the rear neck of the subject; and a driving unit rotating the driving cam.
