Provided is an annealing furnace, an annealing furnace coil heating apparatus and a power supply system of the heating apparatus. In order to increase an amount of heat introduced into a lower portion of the coil to improve magnetic quality of the coil by heating the coil more uniformly during heat treatment, the present invention comprises: a bogie moving along the circumferential direction; a housing installed on the bogie and being separated from the outside to form a heating space; a cover which is mounted inside the housing and accommodates the coil; a first heating unit for applying the heat to the outside of the cover inside the housing; and a second heating unit installed inside the cover to heat the lower portion of the coil.
