The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for testing light and heat by irradiating a plasma light source simulating sunlight to an object and, more specifically, relates to an ultra-accelerated light and heat test method and a test apparatus, which can determine discoloration and chlorosis of the object with respect to the light source to shorten time required for generating light and heat having the same degree of a conventional reference light resistance test and an accelerated light resistance test from several days or dozens of days to several minutes.
