The present invention relates to a method for evaluating performance using a quality scorecard (QSC) and a recording medium thereof. According to the present invention, the method for evaluating performance using QSC comprises a QSC framework design step, a measurement index design step, an evaluation step, and a result deduction and analysis step. By evaluating performance using a QSC that measures performance through qualitative performance evaluation instead of quantitative performance evaluation, it is possible to measure and manage performance in a qualitative manner.
