The present invention relates to a multiphase flow transfer pipe and a slugging prevention structure thereof. According to the present invention, the multiphase flow transfer pipe comprises: two or more horizontal lines installed to guide a horizontal flow of a multiphase flow including gas and liquid, such as petroleum,-gas, etc.; two or more vertical lines connected to one side of the horizontal line to guide a vertical flow of the multiphase flow; and a tubing installed inside the horizontal line, which guides the multiphase flow to the vertical line from the horizontal line, among the horizontal lines to trap only a gas flow from the multiphase flow in the horizontal line and guide the gas flow to a connection portion between the horizontal and vertical lines.
