The present invention relates to a system for providing a service for displaying the location and control information and monitoring information on a web map and a method thereof. The system includes a control information server unit which tracks the terminal location through a low-power long-distance network access terminal capable of being connected to a low-power long-distance network, receives location notification signals including the terminal identification information and the measured location information, compares and analyzes the terminal location information and time information input in advance to generate terminal motion information, receives the location information of the identified low-power long-distance network access terminal, stores or updates the location and motion information of people or objects with the low-power long-distance network access terminal attached thereto with reference of object information attached to the low-power long-distance network access terminal including the low-power long-distance network access terminal designation identification information, and maps the requested location and movement path information of the objects having the low-power long-distance network access terminal attached thereto on map data when requesting the location and movement path check of the objects having arbitrary low-power long-distance network access terminal attached thereto, and provides the mapping data as readable information.
