The present invention relates to development of an optimal production technology of Kenaf which is a new resource. The purpose of the present invention is to qualify adaptability of a Kenaf and select a superior system of Kenaf which can be introduced into a country. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the present invention comprises: 1. the development of the optimal production technology of Kenaf which is the new resource; 2. the characteristic evaluation of a Kenaf genetic resource and the selection of a stockbreeding feed optimal system; 3. the development of a cultivation technique for setting an optimal production system of the Kenaf; and 5. the analysis of production economic feasibility of the Kenaf. According to the present invention, 15,000-18,000 stocks of broadcast planting is stood per 10a, and 22-27 kg of a nitrogen input rate is input. The 2.2-2.7 tons of a stock manure ratio containing 0.3% of N, 0.1% of P, and 0.45% of K is input.
