Disclosed are a submarine mineral mining system, and a mining method. According to the present invention, the system can collect manganese nodule staying 5,000m below sea level by using a high pressure (HP) mud pump system. Moreover, the system can be used in collecting any type of submarine mineral, in addition to the manganese nodule, by properly adjusting the density of used water regulation in accordance with the density of minerals to be collected.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
