The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a polymer nanofiber composite nonwoven fabric having improved electrical conductivity. More specifically, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a polymer nanofiber composite nonwoven fabric including titanium dioxide nanoparticles. According to the present invention, the polymer nanofiber composite nonwoven fabric having excellent electrical conductivity and sound absorption properties can be manufactured by manufacturing the polymer nanofiber composite nonwoven fabric including the titanium dioxide nanoparticles. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: mixing a polypropylene resin with 1 to 10 wt% of the titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO_2) with respect to the polypropylene resin, and manufacturing a mixture; melt-extruding the mixture of the polypropylene resin and the titanium dioxide, and manufacturing a nanocomposite type pellet; and radiating the nanocomposite pellet into a high speed hot air current, and manufacturing the polymer nanofiber composite nonwoven fabric.
