TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method for producing a polymer nanofiber composite nonwoven fabric having improved electrical conductivity, and more particularly, to a technique for manufacturing a polymer nanofiber composite nonwoven fabric including titanium dioxide nanoparticles. According to the present invention, the polymer nanofiber composite nonwoven fabric comprising titanium dioxide nanoparticles can be produced, thereby producing a polymer nanofiber composite nonwoven fabric having excellent electrical conductivity and sound absorption characteristics.
