The present invention relates to a production system for lugworm seedlings using biofloc, comprising: a breeding water composition unit having a mixing chamber and a drainage pipe; an air supply unit having an air generation chamber and an air induction pipe; a supply water tank unit having a tank and a circulation pump member; a breeding water tank unit having a breeding water supply member and a drainage line member; and a loading display unit having a support frame, a supporter, and a supply line member. According to the present invention, it is possible to efficiently produce lugworms at low costs.
