The present invention relates to a wireless router equipped with Wi-Fi and beacon functions. The wireless router equipped with Wi-Fi and beacon functions comprises: a communication unit communicating with an external device; a wireless transceiver unit wirelessly transmitting and receiving data to and from the external device through the communication unit; a controller controlling overall operation of the wireless router, and processing data and information transmitted from and received by the wireless transceiver unit; a data storage unit storing, therein, data transmitted from and received by the wireless transceiver unit, data and information processed by the controller, an operating system program for operating the wireless router, various application programs, and information required for communicating with the external device and an external communication network; a wireless LAN port receiving a signal converted into a wireless LAN data format from the wireless transceiver unit, transmitting the signal to the external mobile device, receiving a wireless LAN signal transmitted from the external mobile device, and providing the wireless LAN signal to the wireless transceiver unit; and a beacon setting unit setting a signal system and logic necessary for executing a beacon function according to a command of the controller. According to the present invention, when a user is connected to Wi-Fi by using an AP function, an online-to-offline (o2o) service can be provided through a wireless network, thereby enhancing convenience for purchasing a product.
