The present invention provides a deep cement mixing apparatus for sea construction, and an automatic slurry feeding method using the same. A technical problem to be solved is to automatically adjust a flow rate of cement slurry in response to a change in the load of a mixing unit, which is caused according to the strength or compressibility of the original ground, thereby minimizing a difference of quality of the slurry according to different conditions. The cement mixing apparatus includes: a driving unit having a lift winch motor for lowering a mixing unit for performing deep cement mixing on the ocean floor at a set speed, and a flow meter for supplying a slurry in which the water and the reinforcement are mixed to the mixing unit at a set flow rate; and a controller having a sensing unit for sensing a depth, a load, and an ascending/descending speed of the mixing unit, wherein the controller controls a descending speed of the mixing unit and a supply flow rate of the slurry through the flow meter according to the load of the mixing unit sensed by the sensing unit.
