The present invention relates to a composition of a seawater desulfurization facility using seawater concentrated water in seawater desalination facilities, and a treatment method thereof. To this end, the treatment method comprises the following steps: allowing exhaust gas to pass through an electric precipitator; introducing the exhaust gas passed through the electric precipitator into a heat exchanger; introducing the exhaust gas passed through the heat exchanger into a scrubber; introducing oxygen into the scrubber; and introducing seawater concentrated water into the scrubber. By increasing desulfurization efficiency, it possible to enhance economic feasibility of the seawater desulfurization facilities.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
