SINGLE-WALLED CARBON NANOTUBE PASTE FOR PRINTING DISPERSED BY MULTI-WALLED CARBON NANOTUBES

摘要

A single-walled carbon nanotube paste for printing dispersed by multi-walled carbon nanotubes of the present invention comprises: 2 to 10 wt% of a carbon nanotube composition including a single-walled carbon nanotube and the multi-walled carbon nanotubes which are mixed with the single-walled carbon nanotube without using a dispersant to uniformly disperse the single-walled carbon nanotube; and a solvent and a binder which are mixed together with the carbon nanotube composition. According to the present invention, the single-walled carbon nanotube paste can increase the content of the single-walled carbon nanotube by enabling the single-walled carbon nanotube to be dispersed through the multi-walled carbon nanotubes, and can obtain an effect that electrical conductivity of the single-walled carbon nanotube can be maintained since a separate dispersant is not used.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
