The present invention relates to a method for enhancing embryogenic tissue growth in Larix kaempferi, in which a browning-inhibiting agent or a polyamine is added to an embryogenic tissue growth medium to grow the embryogenic tissue induced from an immature seed of the Larix kaempferi, wherein the browning-inhibiting agent is a polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, and the polyamine is spermidine or putrescine.
