The present invention relates to a system for hiding information using lightweight mutual authentication protocol based on biometric authentication in a mobile environment, a method thereof, and a computer-readable recording medium stored with a program for performing the same. According to the present invention, a system for hiding information using lightweight mutual authentication protocol based on biometric authentication in a mobile environment includes: a cloud server for creating a virtual machine; and a first user device for converting a biometric signal into biometric data, and transmitting the biometric data to the cloud server to receive an access address by which the virtual machine generated by the cloud server accesses a storage space in which the biometric data is stored, wherein the first user device encrypts content through the biometric data, and transmits the encrypted content and the access address to a second user device.
