The present invention relates to a switching regulator having a multilayer substrate structure for noise reduction. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a switching regulator having a multilayer substrate structure for noise reduction comprises: a switching circuit layer including a regulator circuit which converts input power inputted from the outside into a predetermined constant voltage for outputting output power to the outside; a digital circuit layer including a microcomputer for controlling voltage conversion of the switching circuit layer; and a ground layer interposed between the switching circuit layer and the digital circuit layer. The ground layer is electrically connected to the switching circuit layer and the digital circuit layer through a plurality of via holes, and the material of a circuit board is replaced by the material of a via hole by cross sections of the plurality of via holes passing through the circuit board, to form a ground pattern.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
